Purchasing Goods from our Online store
Every effort has been made by ROC4phones to make the information about products services and the pricing on our website as accurate as possible, however customers should be aware that discrepancies and human error may occur. If we discover a mistake in the information on the site we will rectify quickly and notify any customers that this may involve. If the error is with pricing we will contact the customer with the correct price and they can then decide if they would like to proceed or cancel there order.
Methods of Payment Accepted by ROC4phones
We only accept Online Payment by card
You can use the following cards to make online payments on our website:
Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro/Switch/Solo & MasterCard
Please note that at the moment we can't accept payments from abroad and we are currently a UK only website.
Any orders & information made by those under 18 years of age must be made with the consent of a parent or carer. The cardholder must be available to give information if the person ordering is under the age of 18.
Fraud
ROC4Phones will not tolerate attempts to make orders by fraudulent means. Any attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities and all information we have been given will be passed on to them.
The Right to Cancel
Under the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000, you will have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery. This will start the day after your goods are delivered.
To cancel your order you must email us at customerservices@roc4phones.com This must be done within 7 working days of your delivery and you must quote your customer reference number and give the full reason for wanting to cancel your order.
It is the customers responsibilty to ensure that the product is returned to ROC4phones in a secure and safe manner. ROC4phones will only accept back goods that are in the condition in which they were originally sent out. All packaging and any product covers e.g. plastic screen covers on a mobile phone must be intact and any accessories must also be sent back e.g. memory cards. If any of the original items supplied with the product are missing then ROC4phones reserve the right to either refuse to accept the product back and it will be sent back to the customer at the customers cost or a further charge will be made to the customer based on the parts missing. The items that may come with a product are, but not limited too, mains chargers, box, manual, warranty details, covers, facias, memory cards, protective covers etc. An admin fee of £35 will also be made to cover the cost of dealing with these issues.
Manufacturers Warranty
Once you are over the 14day faulty return period we cannot accept faulty goods back however if the product carries a manufacturers warranty, any items returned to us will be forwarded on to the relevant manufacturer and we will contact you as soon as we have your product back either returned or replaced. If your product has been classed as beyond economical repair there will be a £11.75 charge + postage and packaging to have the goods returned to you this is an admin charge we have to pass on to you from the repair centres.
Customers Information
By ordering on our website you are authorising ROC4Phones to use, store or otherwise process any personnel information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and address to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil your order, market/communicate products and services and deal with any enquires relating to the same whether by roc4phones, our partners, associates or sub-contractors. If you would like to request information or review or modify any part of your personal information then you should e-mail us at customerservices@roc4phones.com
If you choose to purchase any products through our website or give us personnel information then we may collect information about your buying patterns also if you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by roc4phones shall be referred to in these terms & conditions as 'personal information
Complaints Policy
Our business is based around high quality customer service but on the rare occasion we receive a complaint we aim to deal with it as fairly and effectively as possible. Security & Privacy
Security
We are very confident that our customer order system is 100% secure. We use a Thawte 128bit Stronghold SSL on our online order form this is the universally recognised security system for sending information on the internet.
Privacy Statement
ROC4phones will not knowingly pass any of the details we have about our customers or any visitors to our website to any third party companies. We make sure we protect the privacy of your personal information using our highly secure database's.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept as secure as is possible and that the details you pass to us will be kept only to process orders. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.
When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, email address and contact telephone number. All information is collected in accordance with the data protection act 1998.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order. You can check the information that we hold by sending us an email requesting this.
If you find inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our security policy. we do however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of prevention of crime. you will be notified in the event of any information being transferred outside the European economic area.
We may use the email addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the ROC4phones website and also send you information regarding new products and services that we think would interest you.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing e-mails from ROC4phones in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and the way the site is being used to develop the design and layout of our website.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. this can include using a 'cookie', which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening if you prefer.

Delivery
Order tracking
Once you have placed your order it will be sent out by either Royal mail special delivery or first class recorded post, depending on the value/size of your order. The actual price will be stated at the time you pay for the product. Please note that these postage prices are for single item orders. If you wish to buy multiple items the delivery charge will be based on Royal Mail weight related costs. If you would like to track your order please email sales@roc4phones.com and we will email you a reference number so that you can track your parcel on the Royal mail website at www.royalmail.co.uk.
Although every effort is made to get your purchase to you next day and to let you know if a product is out of stock there may be times when we have a cross over and there is a slight delay in your order so please allow up to 4 days for delivery, especially if we send out your order on a Friday these are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday.
